Replacement Policy

Products are covered under a 7-day replacement policy in case of verified manufacturing defects.

Refunds are not provided under any condition.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for replacement:

The product must be unused
The product must be in its original packaging
All accessories and documents must be included

Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for replacement.

Important Note

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This video helps verify product condition and ensures smooth processing of replacement requests.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
